### Is Lustrei free?

Yes. Lustrei is currently free to use, with no credit card or subscription required. Usage allowances apply, and the studio shows how many previews and HD downloads you have left.

### Do I need an account, and is there a watermark?

You can create previews without an account, within visitor limits. Previews carry a watermark. Sign in to download a selected image in HD without the watermark.

### What can I create in each mode?

Catalog places your piece on a clean white background, with an optional transparent PNG download. On-model shows the piece worn by an AI-generated model: on a hand for a ring, the ear for earrings, the neckline for a necklace, or the wrist for a bracelet. Social creates a styled still-life scene for Instagram posts, campaigns and collection launches.

### Can I generate jewelry photos in batches?

Yes. Add up to 10 photos at a time in any mode; each photo is generated and reviewed as its own image. Start with a representative piece to check the direction before running the rest of your collection.

### What kind of source photo should I use?

Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP photo up to 20 MB. A sharp, well-lit photo where the whole piece is clearly visible gives the AI the most to work from. For on-model work, test one representative piece before committing a large collection to the same direction.

### What sizes and formats can I download?

Results are square images. After you choose a result, you can download it as a PNG at 1024, 2048, or 4096 pixels, and Catalog results can also be downloaded as a transparent PNG. Sizes above the generated resolution are upscaled from the selected result and do not add new jewelry detail.

### How do previews and HD downloads work?

Every new version of a photo is a preview, so you see the result first. When you find one you like, an HD download gives you that image without the watermark, in every available size, as often as you need.

### What if I don't like a result?

You only use an HD download on a result you choose to keep. Every result starts as a preview, so you can check it against your piece first. If it isn't right, create another version with a preview.

### Will the jewelry look exactly the same?

Not always. AI-generated results can vary in color, shape and fine details. Compare the stones, settings, proportions and engravings with your source photo before choosing an image for a product listing or campaign.

### Are my images private? Will you use them to train AI?

Your uploads and results are stored privately, and full-resolution files can only be downloaded from your signed-in account. We don't publish your images or use them in our marketing without your permission, and we don't use them to train AI models.

### How long do you keep my images, and can I delete them?

On free accounts, we keep your uploads and results for 10 days, then delete them automatically, so download anything you want to keep. You can also delete any image from the studio at any time. This removes the upload, results, previews and downloads we store for it.
