Welcome to Lustrei. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our AI-powered image editing services.

Information Collection and Use

Account Information

  • What We Collect: Name, email address, profile image, and authentication-provider identifiers supplied when you sign in
  • Purpose: Account management, customer support, and service personalization

AI Design Data

  • What We Collect: Uploaded jewelry photos, selected generation modes, generated previews and results, and prepared exports
  • Purpose: Providing AI image editing services, improving user experience, and enabling image enhancement and downloads

Usage Analytics

  • What We Collect: Feature usage, generation frequency, interaction events, and session data
  • Purpose: Product improvement, performance monitoring, and feature development

Device Information

  • What We Collect: Device type, operating system, browser details, and IP address
  • Purpose: Security, fraud prevention, service optimization, and compatibility

Task and Allowance Records

  • What We Collect: Generation status, task identifiers, preview and HD download usage, failure returns, and download-access records
  • Purpose: Delivering results, enforcing usage limits, preventing duplicate deductions, and resolving support requests

The current public offering is free and does not require a payment method. If you contact us about an alleged charge, we use the transaction information you provide to investigate it.

Data Storage and Security

We use authenticated access controls and private image storage to restrict access to uploaded photos and downloadable results.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Image Processing and Retention

Photos and generated results are processed through third-party AI and image-processing services. Source photos, generated master images, and prepared exports use private storage; preview images are watermarked, and downloads require signed-in ownership and download access obtained using an HD download allowance. These controls do not eliminate every security risk.

We do not use your images to train AI models, and we do not publish them or use them in our marketing without your permission.

On free accounts, we keep uploaded photos, generated results, previews, and prepared exports for 10 days, then delete them automatically. Images created without an account are also deleted automatically after 10 days. Images on paid accounts are not deleted automatically. Download and keep your own copies of images you need.

You can delete any image from the studio at any time. This removes the uploaded photo, results, previews, and exports we store for it. Records of preview and HD download usage are kept to enforce allowances.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in these limited circumstances:

  • Legal Compliance: To comply with laws, court orders, or lawful requests
  • Safety and Security: To protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud
  • Service Providers: With authentication, AI-generation, background-removal, storage, and hosting providers as needed to operate the service
  • Business Transfers: In case of merger, acquisition, or asset transfer

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request access to your personal data
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Delete images yourself in the studio, or contact us to request deletion of your account information or stored images
  • Portability: Request a copy of your data in portable format
  • Questions or Objections: Contact us about the processing of your personal data
